Individual Therapy

We work one on one to address the challenges and difficulties you are facing. We will develop an understanding around the unique ways you adapted in order to sustain your own safety and survival. We will explore how these adaptations may no longer be serving you in attaining the life and relationships you are currently seeking.

Relationship Therapy

Safety and security in your connection with one another is paramount. What you each bring to the table will be examined in order to improve communication, increase empathy, and develop skills to work through conflict with thoughtfulness and compassion. Mindfulness and regulation skills will be cultivated to decrease patterns of reactivity, giving way to a sense of equity and respect in your relationship.

Group Therapy

This process group is for adult survivors of childhood abuse. There is power in knowing you are not suffering alone. The group setting allows participants to process what is unresolved through the acts of giving and receiving support. Interaction with members of the group facilitates insight, healing, and the emergence of your authentic self.
