Life can feel messy and lonely. In our search for answers and understanding, we are often left overwhelmed and paralyzed.  Figuring things out on our own can seem like an impossible task.

My goals as a trauma trained psychotherapist are to support you in feeling better, deepen your sense of who you are, and enhance the meaning and well-being in your relationships.

I am inclusive and affirmative in my practice. I provide a respectful and accepting space for adult individuals, couples, and other relational systems who are experiencing difficulty with connection and understanding, effects from trauma, and grief.

In our work together, we will honor your innate strengths and resilience that enabled you to adapt to your circumstances.  We will also examine how these adaptations may be limiting you in some ways today.

A combination of evidence based practices and insight will be used to generate lasting change you are looking for. In addition to this, you will develop tools to help navigate the difficult situations and feelings that can throw you off course.

It is a privilege to support you in your attainment of a life that is meaningful to you.  Please refer to my specialization page for further explanation regarding my areas of focus.
