Hi, I’m Judilin.
I became a therapist because therapy changed my life.
My lived experience includes being a survivor of complex trauma. I know what it is like to feel alone, misunderstood, and unsure if change is possible. My approach is human, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I am not here as an authority. I am a partner walking beside you.
We will do meaningful work while celebrating your resilience and ability to adapt. My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, confident in your voice, and hopeful about your future.
